I think your beat here. I doubt it he's on a draw as he'll probably raise you at some point. Actually he may have some TP hand with a draw like KJ. Depends if he can fold this on river.

I like it. I agree with danjohncochane's read, his hand looks something like KxJd, and it's very difficult for him to call this river bet with that hand.
