BB could have 54. You have top 2 pr. if he made two pr. also. I might play it conservative and call the river like you did.

How should I have played the flop Shillx? I figured there was still a decent chance I was behind since he wouldn't 3bet with a bad hand, but I also knew I could obviously be ahead with TPTK. I felt betting would give me some idea as to where I stood. But I am very open to suggestions.

Being that he was a rock and I don't think he would raise with a hand worse than TPTK, yea. Actually, given the pot size I would have peeled for 1 more, but if I didn't improve then I would fold to a big bet. Is this not standard against a rock?

A 'rock' can be an 'aggro-TAG' who hasn't seen anything decent in the last 5-6 orbits.

I agree with the way you played, when BB raises the turn I assume he's on at least a 2-pair, but I don't give him enough credit to slow down just yet. When he caps I expect to loose but we still have to call down.

I like this Tommy... if BB has those stats then he could easily have A3 or A2 in this situation. On the flip side he could have 33, 22, or QQ and tried to slowplay you. I think the turn 3-bet was definitely for value. And it's not like you can fold 2-pair on the river.
