It has to be done well, though. The best ones catch you completely unawares. On the BoostedJ staking thread, someone posted "It's on PocketFives too"... on a Sbrugby thread, after a lot of guest users had critised him on his blog, someone posted "And Brian's replied..." - both brilliant RickRolls which a reader of the thread will click without thinking!
The best one though, I think, was in the Slansky thread on reckless gambling - someone wrote an articulate paragraph and said "As argued by economist John Rawls" - you click the link unsuspectingly and kaboom, it's Rick!

btw if you really want to rickroll well, you've got to find a version that doesn't have a lot of views. the rawls one was gold and would've gotten me, but the link was grey instead of orange.
