Check behind turn, call a river bet on most cards. Bet when checked to on the river. It's a very scary board and a very easy check to keep the pot small and make the rest of the hand very easy to play. When he c/r's that turn, he's huge.

against a better player, or as a default, it should be a check-behind turn and call river (vbet if checked to) |
