Did anyone else notice you can get a Black and White License also? lol.
Basically the UK license fee is necessary to watch the terrestrial uk tv channels because it funds the broadcasting hardware that is used by the commercial stations and also funds the BBC.

I own a projector that I use for both cable and playing teamfortress 2/other fps games. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me, relative to a tv: 600 bucks for having my whole field of vision be what I'm watching when I'm playing games, and a sweet screen when I'm lying in bed.
