How is this idiot pleading not guilty?

[/ QUOTE ]

The glove won't fit.

If it doesn't fit, you must acquit.

The echos of a gunshot indoors are significant.
Echos rebounding off the walls can disquise the source of the shots...

[/ QUOTE ]

This is very true, as well as that she might have known the shooter as stated above

So, was he laying down covering fire for the guy who got out of the elevator?

I don't know who is dumber, the dude for shooting at people in a casino and pleading not guilty or the chick that fell and ran towards the elevator during the shooting.

[/ QUOTE ]

She was running towards the elevator next to him, trying to get in before the doors closed. And how do you know she didn't know the gunman and realized he wasn't a threat to her personally?
Not that any of this matters but I think its pretty retarded to compare her with the gunman. Have you ever been near a shooting? How do we know your reaction would be any smarter?

[/ QUOTE ]

I've actually been across the street from a shooting in North vegas. I dropped to the ground and played dead. I didn't try running anywhere.

Also, what the hell was the guy shooting at? It looked like he had problems with the guy in the elevator and then the doors opened and he starts shooting at some other random guy, and then he he just let the other guy in the elevator get off. Wierd sequence of events.

Saw the video sans sound. My impression was that the guy who left the elevator was with the shooter, perhaps a friend or acquaintance, who suddenly for some unknown reason (what could it be?) didn't want to be associated with him anymore and left.

Gotta love how he held the gun sideways. Just like in the movies. Soooo stylish.
