On the river? Wont I just be called by a better hand and only chase away a hand im already beating. I can understand raising the turn i think i probably should have done so.

I wouldn't raise the river, I'm not sure what hand is going to call $290 that we beat. Just call the river, as SB likely has a missed flush draw and folding the non-flush nuts here would be pretty bad. BB bettor may think you both have missed flush draws.
