Default Value bet on semi-dangerous board: too thin?

Villain is unknown, has been 33/11 over the past 27 hands. He tanked before checking the river. I like thin value bets, but is this too thin? What about my bet size?

yeh, not thin at all. when i first glanced at this hand i assumed you fired the turn as well, but since you didn't, this is totally standard.

river is more thin than a turn bet would be, since he can still have outs there.
