How can I add a a second bank account as a load option on Epass? There doesn't seem to be an option to do so.

How long does it take to withdraw from full tilt to epassporte nowadays? It's been 24 hours should I wait longer?

When you process a withdraw and it doesn't go through, the money is still being taken from your account. Epassporte said it would be back in my account in 2 days tops, but it has been forever and still nada.

I just had this happen last night. How many days has it been so far? It is impossible to get through to epassport on the phone because of "high volume call" bull [censored].

Verify your checking account using their procedure, then deposit to your bank account. It is a little annoying because sometimes the site will fail to contact your bank and tell you to try again. If you keep at it, eventually you'll be able to withdraw 300 at a time, or 500 if you can get 2 payment methods verified.

I just tried a withdrawl to checking and it said there was an error communicating with bank, could not be processed at this time, blah blah, standard error message, usually just try again in 3-4 minutes and it'll go through.

However in a new twist, the money actually left the account. Question to anyone, what's my next move?

[/ QUOTE ]

Update about a day later. Money was returned to my account. Email to their customer service was never returned however. Oh well, I'll call it a draw.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Is this a common occurrence? I was worried this was a matter of Citizen's Bank being idiots about the whole thing, but no record of the transaction (denied or otherwise) is in my Citizen's account.

I love the fact that they have exactly one customer service rep -- if that. Amazing. How in the hell is there not another company filling in this gap?
