Default tell me im not the only one who forgot how to poker over thanksgiving

i forget how to fold and raise. its weird. if i take a long weekend off im fine, but those 5 days must have done something.

its not a bad beat post or anything, but whats the best advice? play lower stakes? much less tables? read forums to get back into poker thinking? really short sessions? im sure all of it is good advice, but has anybody found one to be more true of the others?

I would start folding and raising. Mostly raising though.

Just do whatever you have to do to feel comfortable with your game again. Be it what you listed or just jumping back into 12 tabling your normal stakes to break the rust.
