Default $16 Stars: JJ @ 75/150: Regular raises 3x BB, Hero???

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP (t2155)
Button (t1850)
SB (t1910)
Hero (t3365)
UTG (t4220)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, J.
UTG raises to t450</font>, 4 folds</font>.

Final Pot: t375

Viilian is a regular at the 16s. Coming from UTG, I cant see him doing this with anything less than AQs+ 1010+. But he also knows that I know who he is, so would respect my hand if I came over the top. What should I do in this situation?

re-raise to 1200 and muck to shove would be my line. Flatting also isn't horrible. 5 handed w/ a stack I think utg opens up wider than the range you've assigned him.

3 bet folding is bad here....Just flat.

and as for his range being tt, aq+. I think most people open wider than than with those stacks

when u 3 bet and he shoves, he is probably only shoving with QQ+/AK here so I don't see why folding is bad here. Plus it's only 75/150 and having 2000 chips is ok.

I would reraise to 1500 here and call an all-in reraise. Of course, this is read dependent. If he knows you are a regular, they love to steal your blinds.

pretty sick spot, can't fold, calling OOP really sucks, i'd just shove... he'll put you on ak and call with 10 10

I have to agree w/ space here. I think if he calls your shove you are behind or flipping with ak. The idea is obv. to get him to fold. I don't think he is opening as tightly as you do though. I think he folds here enough to make this +ev. Flat calling I don't like because are you playing solely for set value here? If so your getting your odds to hit but just barely. What do you to an all under flop, get it allin? If so it's better to just shove in the first place. Reraising 1/3rd your stack and folding to a shove is the worst thing you can do I think. Even if he just flat calls your still oop.

I'd flat call since you have a combination of set value and showdown value. I wouldn't expect UTG to cbet overcards on the flop into another reg who just flat called him PF. The stacks are too deep to push here if UTG is opening AJ+/88+ or tighter. Here's some old fashioned ICMaments:

%EV = EV(youpush) - EV(youfold)
%EV = P(theycall)P(youwin)EV(youwin) + P(theyfold)EV(theyfold) - EV(youfold)
%EV = P(theycall)P(youwin)*36.72 + P(theyfold)*26.41 - 23.44

UTG opens AJ+, 88+: 85 combinations
UTG calls push AK, TT+: 41 combinations
P(they call) = 41/85, P(youwin)= 0.4323
%EV = 41/85*0.4323*36.72 + 44/85*26.41 - 23.44 = -2.11

JJ becomes marginal +EV for UTG calling your push on KK+
UTG opens AJ+, 88+: 85 combinations
UTG calls push KK+: 12 combinations
P(they call) = 12/85, P(youwin)= 0.1866
%EV = 12/85*0.1866*36.72 + 73/85*26.41 - 23.44 = +0.21

shoving or raising is a little barfy, flatting is fine but its not a spot where ur pumped or anything, its just a close spot. depends on who it is and their hud/reads would help a lot, like if they open KQ or AT here or something, some guys are just crappy and still open insanely tight here.
