Default $11 88 short stacked facing all-in

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button (t6970)
SB (t1510)
Hero (t1295)
UTG (t3725)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to t400</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to t1510</font>, Hero?

UTG is a donk, has been minraising a lot. SB is a solid player who seems to understand push/fold ranges well. Do I have to call here?

I would fold and stay out of the way of these two.

Making this call will lead to the UTG calling. Most likely you are either to be going against 3/4 overcards, or possibly an overpair. It would be rare in this situation for you to be as good as 40/60.

this is actually a great scenario for you. Just hope that SB is pushing lighter and UTG busts him.

Thanks for the responses. What hands are you calling with here?

The way the hand actually played out, I folded and UTG folded as well, leaving me as the clear short stack and I lost a few hands later. It made me question whether I should have called on this hand or not.
