Default Nut flush apparently lost to lower flush

.01/.02 NL on pokerstars. I had Ace and Ten of hearts, the board was Ac 6h Jh Ks 2h. I raised villain and we went all-in. Much to my surprise, as I thought I had the nuts, he won with a flush, king-high.

After a double-take, it turned out that the Th was actually a Td. So I was going all-in with a pair of aces.

Move up where you care enough about the money in play to know what your cards are.

If the board was Ac 6d Jh Ks 2h then how did villain have a flush?
