Sorry for the delay, but Demon 2 will begin tomorrow in the afternoon. My wife's Outlook decided to spontaneously erase all of the messages (3000+) in her inbox, so I spent my Sunday finding and restoring them. Roles have been randed, but I need more time to prepare the PMs and finish the intro post.
