Default 100nl - JJ in 3bet pot, called by coldcaller

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $34.75
BB: $43.95
UTG: $39.00
MP: $83.75
Hero (CO): $100.00
BTN: $107.15

Preflop: Hero is dealt J J (6 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $4.00</font>, MP calls $4.00, <font color="red">Hero raises to $18.00</font>, 4 folds, MP calls $14.00

Flop: ($41.50) 4 K 4 (2 Players)
MP checks

Villain is 23/10/3.5 and has $65 dollars left. Make sure you notice it was the coldcaller pf that called my 3bet and not the pfr.

1/2 pot fold to a shove? I feel like this is pretty basic but stack sizes are a little weird

Do you really think MP cc with AK/QKs?

If not, lead 30 and call shove. A shove here is usually a draw/PP.

No. Check behind here like 100% of the time. Or bet call a crazy player who will show up w/ like AcXo, or mid pairs...

Turn can be difficult, need more history on the player... If he has a low aggression factor and leads turn for a decent amount you can pitch it, what else do we know about villain?

Check behind on flop and fold to any bet.

I guess I need to fix a leak.

Why are we checking this flop?

mp coldcalling $4 then $14 looks like he really is trying to hit a set. i think you have to bet here. if you check behind, he'll lead into you often on the turn with midpairs.

id probably bet about $28 on the flop, and if he shoves, you have to make a decision.
