Playing for stacks w AT?
This is not my hand.
Hero is LAG, Villain is a tight ABC-fish. Hero says he pushes turn for value, looking to get a call from pp's, FD or worse Ace. (Hand was played on Prima.) Villain has $348, Hero covers. Hero posted the small blind - $2.00 Player6 posted the big blind - $4.00 ** Dealing card to Hero: A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Player1 folded Villain called $4.00 Player3 folded Player4 folded Hero raised to $18.00 Player 6 folded Villain called $14.00 ** Dealing the flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Hero bet $28.00 Villain raised to $56.00 Hero called $28.00 ** Dealing the turn: K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Hero checked Villain bet $115.00 Hero pushed Good or spew? |

Re: Playing for stacks w AT?
I think he might mean the PP 44 or 22.
As the hand played villain is either on a "semi"bluff with lower PP and will fold instantly to a push, or whats way more likely that he has Hero absolutly crushed e.g. with a set. |

Re: Playing for stacks w AT?
No specific history, Hero has been laggy and villain has been tight and seems to be uncomfortable with making moves and stuff.
Hero's explanation: Villains hand range is Axs, pp's and sc's. Villain puts Hero on air on flop and tries to push him off the hand with FD, PP or air. Hero calls which he could do with a wide range of hands, checks turn to indicate weakness and villain again bets out to push Hero off his hand and with the bet size Hero puts villain on a draw and wants to crush his odds at the same time as he his balancing his all out bluffs which he could play the same way. Only beaten by 22/44 which is a risk he is willing to take. And with the push looking a lot like a bluff he could easily get called by worse hands, mainly PP's. |

Re: Playing for stacks w AT?
this is unfortunately a spew
you are not looking to play AT for stacks here almost ever after the strength he has shown leading this flop is almost always a bad idea though |
