i LIKE Rise of nations C and C Cossacks them kind of games.

I really NEEED to play 1 but my cpu is 512ram and 1.6ghz.
Any suggestions?

Warlord's Battlecry 3 is fun. Its an RTS with RPG elements. Similar to Warcraft 3, but with the 'hero' you create playing a much more fundamental and persistent role.

Starcraft was too 'soft' 4 me.

Buy Halo 3 i here they have super secret extra mission were your the aliens and you need to build a time portal to warp to another galixy only that galixy turns out to be a Borg cube, you must fight the borg and escape the cube only to be....i've said to much

Get more RAM. It's cheap, and makes a huge difference in RTS games.

I think one of the best games to come out in a while is Company of Heros. Check that out.
