Fun but the British turtle style is somewhat annoying. I prefer a more fluid game rather then mortar/arty duels. On a fun side note stats have been broken since release. They were working fine in beta, gg relic. edit: it should be pointed out that this is going to be an impediment to playing/enjoying modern rts. I didn't mention CoH since theres no way it runs on his comp. But yeah, thats def the best rts game to come out in a while.

Yeah that's definitely one that requires a reasonable comp. You can dial the settings down quite a bit, but still.
Dawn of War was made by the same people and has pretty similar gameplay in a lot of ways, but is set in a sci-fi/fantasy universe. That's very fun, but like any older RTS, the community is limited. However, it's still going, because the game is really good. Very much a quick, active RTS, and turtling isn't a solid choice because map control is so important. Also, you can get recorded games for it, which are great fun to watch and learn from. That's one of my favorite features in any RTS game.
