I think you go about this the wrong way. Sure there are not that many scarecards for you on the turn, but what about villain? If he has a crappy one pair hand like A8, 99 etc etc half the deck is scardcards. Also, this is 4way, some of the other players are encouraged to come along with a pair + gutshot and getting decent odds. I think your best bet to get value out of various one pair hands is to raise the flop.
