how do i approach the turn and the river? no reads on villain but not sure if that matters.

I would bet this turn and shut down on the river. You are OOP and everything sucks. Taking it down here is better than seeing a river card imo.

bet/fold for small amounts on turn and river gets most value

Bet the turn. If called try and get to showdown cheaply on the river.

No raise on the preflop is promising but who knows at this limit
