Default 100-200 at Tulalip WA hand

This is from a while back and I fuked up a hand maybe...

100-200 LHE at tulaip. 7 handed.

PREFLOP:
UTG limps, hero raise with AQo, 3 folds, SB 3bets, BB folds, UTG+1 makes a very obvious questionable call, Hero calls

Flop 9TJ rainbow:
SB bets, UTG calls, Hero calls

Turn A:
SB bets, UTG calls, Hero calls

River 2:
SB bets, UTG calls, Hero folds

I figure I am beat by any ace, any PP to 3jack out of SB and bet turn and river. I also put UTG on a realy marginal hand preflop like A9 or TJ but was afraid SB had a set. I had a gut feeling that I was good enough of the time to call this big pot down but out played myself...

I think the hand goes astray when you choose not to pop it on the flop. This will both define the SBs hand and might allow you to check through until you see the river. With this type of situation, I think it would be invaluable.

Otherwise, you are merely donk-calling along, with no idea if your turned pair is good, just a victim of the times . . .

I typed out a reply then realized that I was just echoing what TSP just said.

I don't understand... we gotta raise this flop 100% of the time IMO, just as we'd be doing here w/ 99, TT or JJ which we could easily have based on our preflop play... we can always re-evaluate on the turn, but I think this is a flop raise 100% of the time and then we re-evaluate on the turn depending on the action/turn card

This is why they shouldn't spread 100/200 at tulalip.

I find it hard to believe that UTG wouldn't play 2 pair: JT: stronger. Not in this game. Unless he's a weakie.
