Great vid, wow...is there a video of, I think Jacksonville's amazing lateral touchdown, but the point after misses so they don't go to the playoffs?

ill never understand how people can enjoy watching soccer.

Those are so sick. That beckham half-field (or whatever they call it?) shot is insane.

The golden goal game was actually the first soccer game I ever saw on TV. I couldn't understand why the announcers were making such a big deal out of it, since stuff like that happened on our recess playground every day.

I must be an anomoly because I love football and soccer. Although as an American you pretty much only get into the world cup. I got into rugby to when I had a good buddy from New Zealand. But he moved and I don't keep up anymore.

Yeah, I kinda like soccer, too. But my high school had a really good team and a lot of my friends were on it. But I still love football first. Like Charlie Day and keyboards, it just makes sense to me.
I don't see it as a necessary divide, but one that occurs because of stylistic differences. In football, the defined play and physical violence appeal easily to the American audience. In soccer, the fluidity requires an attention span we don't have, and the really good plays can be so subtle that an American audience won't notice the difference. Also, flopping annoys the [censored] out of us. The American way to react to a sucker punch is not "fall to the ground flailing to appeal to authority", it's "punch back."
Just an off-the-cuff theory.

Has to be when Swindon came back from 4-1 down with half an hour to go to beat Birmingham City 6-4. Honourable mention to Liverpool against AC Milan.

all 3 endings are incredible, the barton win over winona st was just crazy to me because that dude almost singlehandedly beat the other team in the last minute, if that was the ending of a sports movie no one would ever believe it
