seat 1) 50/32/1
seat 2) just opened seat 3) Heis seat 4) Hero seat 5) relatively unknown 30/15 seat 6) unknown, sitting out. Hero: a) moves to newly opened seat b) stays put c) finds greener pastures |

Re: uncertainty seat selection principle
probably finds a new table. your seat kind of sucks because Heis is going to iso that guy and you have to decide whether KQo if worth capping pf etc etc.
I don't think moving is neccessarily any beter because you can't open enough to probably make up for giving position to Heis. I really hate having good LAGTAGs to my left, and I think Heis 100% qualifies as that. so I go c) >>>> b)>> a) |

Re: uncertainty seat selection principle
I guess Heis is always coldecked at my tables...He doesn't seem as crazy to me as everyone (and his posts) make him out to be.

Re: uncertainty seat selection principle
i don't see any 54/8/.6
again, you acutally play at tables like this? A crazy/tough to play against lag, a solid 2+2, a decent looking tag and an unknown? this, imho, is a horribe table. |

Selection bias yo [/ QUOTE ] so are you denying that you are a solid, mostly abc tag? Cuz there's nothing to be ashamed of--that's what's been getting the money for years now. Anyway, I'm not sure what limit this was but you just described a reltaively decent 10/20 table to me. The unknown will sit back in eventually and if he turns out to be a tough tag you should prob quit, but you can't just give up on 50/30's that easily--theyre hard to come by. |

Re: uncertainty seat selection principle
What the hell is wrong with this table?
I can se 1 moron, 1 potential fish and one unknown who is likely a fish as most regulars will be in your DB. This is a bad table on US sites? What the hell am I doing at party then... |

Re: uncertainty seat selection principle
It was at 5/10...
The 50/32/1.0 didnt play too bad post flop.. There is a HUGE range of skill for players that meet the 50/32/1.0 profile.. Also... 50/30's are hard to come by??? |

[/ QUOTE ] fair enough. from what litle i've noticed i think you practice good game selection for the most part anyhow. i've just been playing a lot of Euro hours on stars (6am EST, for example) and given the lack of games going at those hours, the game you described sounds plenty good. |
