I had a problem a few weeks ago depositing into VIP sports and spent a total of 5 hours either with online support, or on the phone to both VIP and Neteller to help them establish what the problem was.

After it was all over (and unresolved, although it mysteriously cleared up two weeks later.) The guy was very friendly and said as a thankyou for your time we are going to give you ........ (ending in white)
