Default Combining graphs from different databases

I've split my 2006 hands into three different postgreSQL databases to make PT run faster. Is there any way I could combine a single graph for my 2006 from these separate files (perhaps via some Photoshop trickery if by nothing else)?

I'm now playing around with my graphs in Photoshop but I'm not very good with it so this might take a while, I'll report back with results later.

Re: PS mod: It's ok, I eventually got where I wanted through trial and error by editing your mod.
