3betting w qq at small stakes STRAT post u jerks

wow u guys are aholes. i posted a simple question and got flamed pretty hard. and then locked. here it is, rephrased:

100bb, you raise 6 handed utg w/qq to 3.5bb. cutoff calls. small blind raises to 14bb total. you have qq. 4bet or call?

i just moved up to 10/20nl but my good friend who i've been semi-coaching asked me this simple question... and at small/mid stakes i really am not sure whether the standard play is to 4bet w/this stack size. basically i'm trying to ask how fishy you guys are at these stakes, & how light you guys will call off either pre or postflop. so yeah you could say ur gettin levelled

and yes we are in position, that's my bad... i meant theres the flat call off the cutoff behind us which is worrisome.

Also, my student made reads off bet sizing that villain had 99-KK.. obv we are weighting the range away from KK

so let me break it down for you guys:

1. will SS unknowns toss in 150bb (the actual situation) w/TT preflop? 100 bb?

2. how likely are SS unknowns to stack off w/TT on a nine high board, let's saying by betting and getting raised all in? J-high board? A-high board?

I don't think any good SS player will stack off pf for 150 or 100 bb with TT.
With QQ and position on the 3 bettor it does depend on his squeezing frequency. Usually just call and be ready to get it all in on the flop on a low board and yes lose to KK/AA and flopped sets; of course 4 bet guys who 3 bet all the time unless with position you can extract more value with QQ from their wide reraising range.
