Weird calldown

The main read I have on ths guy is that he has been overbetting all streets a TON and just abusing everyone and generaly TOO active. But no real stats. What do you think? Love it? Hate it? I know preflop is iffy, but I didn't call solely for set value.

I would just fold preflop and fold the flop. However, this is about as good a flop you can get if you aren't calling just for set value. I think the river call is good with your read.
