I'm kind of new to the game.

I'm sure he has TP, maybe better, and his VPIP is like 51 ish. I would double through him if I hit, so getting around 5.5:1 implied should I call? Fold? The thing that scares me is that UTG behind me was the PFR. What should be done here?
