Default Ace with the King of clubs

Villain:
He pays off with TP holdings.
Dont know much else, except he's involved quite a lot.
VP$IP 48%, PFR 18%.

Should i bet this turn? Should I fold to his turn bet?

You should be asking your self should i fold bet the flop first. You missed took a stab and then check/called with no real hand or draw on the turn. I'd give it up on the turn. Your flop bet isn't horrible at all because you know your going to take it down most of the time. This time hes being sticky and wants to see a showdown IMO. Did he show you a jack or a 9?

I would fold turn, you are drawing to the non-nut flush without odds on a paired board out of position.
