Default PoksrStars Card Mod (Free) by Fozzy

I just released my first official card mod for Stars. It is available for free at http://psthemes.com/forum/index.php?action=tpmod;dl

Fozzy-5.4-Dark-Advertiser

I will be making more cards in the near future, which I will be selling at Bar Nuthin's Themes Shop. I also hope to make a few basic table Xthemes mod's soon.

Fozzy,

The 5.4 is by far your hottest deck. I can't wait. (Yellow spades, maybe...?!?!?!?!)

When I install it while stars is open it works but when you shutdown stars it reinstalls the old deck back when you open stars back up. Is this normal?

OK I see the writing in the installer. How can I make it permanent?

2 options.

Run my card installer everytime you start up stars.

or

Change your shortcut that you use to run stars. .......

Delete your old shortcut - which points to: C:\Program Files\PokerStars\PokerStarsUpdate.exe

Make a new shortcut that points to: C:\Program Files\PokerStars\PokerStars.exe

This will stop Stars from updating every time you launch it. You will have to go in and manually run the Update file perhaps once a month.

If I am not mistaken I think that will erase your notes file once you add notes. I had my keyboard shortcut pointed to the Pokerstars.exe and my notes kept getting erased and stars support said make the shortcut pokerstarsupdate.exe to fix it.

I dont think so, but cant say for sure. That is the standard method everyone uses, so they dont have to install the cards every time they launch. I dont make a lot of notes, and Stars is not my main site. Hopefully someone that has been using that method for a while, can confirm/deny that. I will send a PM to one or 2 people, to try and get the answer.
