tricky QQ hand. play along 1k nl
Villain seems like a tagfish. He is too loose oop and is prone to some reckless plays. I was c/c turn because in my experience people bet when they get checked to twice. How do you react to this wimpy bet though?

its important to mention that villain is like 22/11. And doesn't get crazy with 3 bets.

tommo why are you folding to the min 3-bet? You think it is a monster 90% of the time?

Re: tricky QQ hand. play along 1k nl
meh...takes a pretty special guy to make a bluff like this, and a weaker made hand is very unlikely to play like this
Also if he's a bit of a fish then the hands he might be bluffing with are a pretty small part of his range. AK and maybe AQ, I'm guessing he isn't 3betting AJ. He probably isn't bluffing a small pocket pair (this is the fish part). He probably isn't bluffing AT and JJ is basically a bluff (which he wouldn't bluff with for the same reason). In other words either Villain is maybe bluffing with: AK or AQ. Seems kind of unlikely, most players would just bet bigger and not do this weird b/3b stuff. Villain has a stronger hand than QQ. Not that unlikely, he may figure that you'll discount him having AA,KK given the flop check. Or he may think you "just can't fold" to the small three bet. |

Re: tricky QQ hand. play along 1k nl
Just echoing what has been said. It's unlikely he's bluffing just because of the first bet size, no one plans to bluff by bet-3bet like this or even bets this small with AK because they are usually worried they'll get action they don't want.
It does suck though because it feels like only AA TT which means he very rarely has to do something dumb w/ other hands. But i think it's close to never. |

I like the checkraise, but fold now, for reasons above.
