Default 5/10 - TPGK in 3-bet pot against flop-CRAI

Villain is PHiLLeDiNGUE, laggy regular (no stats on him atm tho). I dont know if its the same guy that played Partys 10/20 a couple of years ago but maybe? Anyway, I think he plays good, maybe a bit spewy from time to time, havent played against him very much and im not sure how he views me. Its the beginning of the session and I have reraised him one time before this, he folded that time. Do I have to call this?

Prima Network No-Limit Hold'em, $10.00 BB (5 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

SB ($1994.75)
Hero ($1100.75)
UTG ($1221.25)
MP ($1487.00)
Button ($1397.75)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]], A[[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]].
3 folds, SB raises to $35, Hero raises to $121, SB calls $86.

Flop: ($242) K[[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]], 2[[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]], A[[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $170, SB raises to $1878.75 (All-In), Hero ???

due to my loose 3 betting image, i would instantly call here for 1 stack.

I don't see why you need to call. Aren't AK and KK both likely holdings for the preflop re-raise and flop all-in? Yeah, he might have air, but even in the case where he has something like QdJs you're only a slight favorite.

I think this is a fold.

goldtoe, if you are not bet calling the flop then why bet? He's checkjamming almost everything and rarely calling.

I think it's a fold, you're flipping or dead most likely, although the pot odds might make it closeish. But I check the flop here a lot, and that's not being results oriented. When you bet he just mucks if you have him crushed and puts you in a disgusting spot when he has something, whereas checking allows you to get value later in the hand with a much clearer idea of where you stand depending on which card comes off.

Oh I'm checking the flop. But I think OP's flop bet is fine some of the time - you'll often win with any two cards. I don't think that means you need to call an all-in.

i think that he's jamming enough 40% equity hands that we have to pay this off
