Default Rivered TP... WTF?

Sorry for raw HH, it's bodog and I couldn't find a converter.

Villain is 25/16/1.94 over 300 hands, laggish, hasn't done anything too crazy so far this session but definitely capable of moves. I've been opening my button a lot and the blinds have been calling fairly loosely. Flop cbet was standard; when he called I figured he had some kind of ten. I don't really like my turn bet, because my image is too loose to fold out TP here very often. Then the king rivered, and he checked; I bet expecting to get looked up by a ten fairly often. He took a long time on the river; I had actually clicked away from the table expecting to win the hand, but then he goes all in... and I'm completely lost. Can I call this, or is this always a set/KT?

what is with your huge pfr?

yeah, i typically don't like the turn bet but meh.

river is good. not really sure, i'm sure many here will advocate a fold here but i think its pretty close.

Preflop raise looks like pot to me?

I'd usually check turn.

I'm advocating a fold here on river.

It's $2/$3, pfr is pot-sized.
