Beni is in Colorado.... hit him up

I played at Excalibur in Reno.. just some 4/8 kill as it was basically the only game they were spreading at 11pm

A few Denver/Boulder/Ft Collins trout around here. RR from the B&M forum is at the Gilpin. Let's try a Blackhawk meetup soon.

I was in Reno bowling during the last Blackhawk meetup a couple months ago. Reno has mostly 3/6 kill that's soft as hell. ElDorado on Virginia Street is where I mostly played. Nice room with stud and Omaha if you want to go there. Some rooms play 1/2/3/6 full kill limit, others play 1/3/6 full kill. The kill pots differ too. Some are a kill if the pot is $30 or so, others are if someone wins 2 pots in a row. If you never played a kill pot before, don't worry. The dealers are cool with reminding you that you won $x or 2x and that you are the kill. Lots of mobnies to be won in kill pots with ordinary hands. You'll never see a .50/1 game the same. LOL

In younger days I refinished the bowling alley at the MGM Grand in Reno. You could see the curviture of the earth looking across that room. Broke a Keno machine, yes, I won enough at Keno to require them to re-fill a video Keno machine with quarters. Lost a paycheck getting drunk on free Michalobe at the Players Club (maybe, it was a while back) playing Baccarat, fell off the stool getting up to go back to my room. Ahhh variance.

I'm in Denver, Jaran is in Boulder. We've played at CCS. It may be a while before I can get away from work for a trip up there to see if the cards have warmed up.

the 3/6 at the Circus Circus in Reno has one of my favorite limit structures ever: a single $2 big blind, it is $2 to go, and $5 to raise. calculating the pot is rad -- ok i raised and got 4 callers so there is $5 * 4 = $20 / 3 = six and two-thirds small bets in the pot. minus rake.
