How did I know this was going to be a hand where someone else played badly and not a hand where Betgo played badly?

Um, wouldn't villain probably have had a425 betting the best hand the whole way except the river since FT shuffles the hole cards?

This was the $200 MTT on Stars and they don't shuffle the hole cards.

Betgo is one of the best razz players on the Internet and crushes the mid limit razz games. Also, if Betgo played badly, he would probably not realize that it was definately bad, although he might post a question as to how he should play.

Then why did betgo flat call the 3-bet on 4th and then lead out 5th? Did betgo put him on a paired 4 only after 5th st was dealt?

Maybe check/call is better here. I was suspicious that he might not be as strong as he was representing. Also, I didn't realize he was a significant favorite if he had a 4-wheel.

Your suspicions were confirmed. Not sure what his image was at this table, and it may have changed with different games of the rotation. But nothing wrong with slowing down in razz when your opponent's range is likely so polarized.
