I just tried to deposit to Full Tilit using neteller but it was declined.

I thought i'd play UB instead. I took my $2000 down to $400 and went to deposit. I t said I couldn't. On further investigation I can't cancel my pending withdrawal or use any of the cashier facilities as I have been locked out.

I spoke to neteller and they have received no requests for deposits.

2 sites at one time (pokerstars is fine) - worrying!!!!

Has anyone heard anything about these 2 sites especially given the current legislative environment in the States?
