someone mentioned that you should be up a certain amount in misc stats in pokertracker with such and scuh hand strenghts? any ideas?

People say this a lot and it simply isn't true. You lose 70-140+ buy-ins in 13,000 hands at NL you are probably doing something wrong. And even if you aren't that is still a pretty doggone steep decline.
