NL Holdem online win rates (BB/100) are what?

How much one is supposed to win online playing NL Holdem full ring or/and shorthanded?

My target would mainly be online $1-$2 NL and $2-$4 NL, moving up there step by step. I have an idea that they could be compared to $5-$10 and $10-$20 of limit Holdem shorthanded.
