Only need advice on the 7.5 one (scale of 1 to 10); don't want to be friends (I actually hate to be friends with girls I think are attractive + I don't want to listen to her stories with other guys if she gets hooked up with them); I want something but not all, to greedy?

Okey then: I got this housemate who I want to make a move on (7,5 on a scale from 1 to 10), but I don't want a real relationship. I am not sure enough at the moment if she likes me enough or not; I am getting signals which according to my opinion point into two directions (for the details see my main post heheheh). Plan? I don't want to be friends where you have one to one dinners and watch tv together, I can't handle that with an attractive girl beside me heheheh. + I don't want to hear about potential boyfriends.
