Default Full tilt cash transfer declined

I went to a Money Gram agent yesterday and payed 600, following full tilt's instructions. I tried to make a deposit using the reference number on the receipt. Later I got this email:

"Your deposit request has been declined. Please review your
personal account information to ensure that it is the same as the
information stored with your payment processor. You may correct
any of your personal information and try again."

What the [censored] do I do now? How do I change the information stored in my 'payment processor'? Can I get my money back?

You definitely shouldn't email Full Tilt about this problem.

Thanks for your sarcasm, I already emailed them, but I'm frustrated and scared of losing my money and just trying to get my mind at ease. From my experience customer service is horrible, I don't know about fulltilt, specifically...

Full Tilt Customer service has gotten significantly better. Be patient and it will get resolved.

What the hell. Why do we have so many threads like this.

"Hey guys I have a problem with FTP support so I came here. ...e-mail support, you say? Oh... Well while we're here, sup?"

I apologize, but like I said it kind of freaked me out because I'm afraid of losing my 600 and I have a bad history with customer service in general so I thought someone might be able to shed light on what was going on.

My bad. Sorry.

I assume Moneygram is like WU in the fact that you can reverse the transfer if it is not received. You would be out the fee though.
