I just don't understand why. It has as many players as the whole Boss media and has a better software and a higher rake. They (or the sportsbook) though in theory may get 100 million from their software, but this is not a good business time.

Expensive maintenance and declining userbase. They will make more money writing off the loss on Paradise's network and moving the users to Boss.
