CO bets 2k, so SB folds? I'm either dumping or playing this really fast and shoving, problem is any over pair with a spade is not folding. This looks like a spot to eject, you will find much better spots to chip up.

FWIW, if we shove, villain will be getting 2:1 on his money. FE is very limited.

Overpair with a spade is a comprises a tiny portion of his range given our current information. He cold called preflop and potted the flop, I think a set is more likely.

You have nearly ZERO FE. (Villain just bet pot for 1/3 of his stack).

Villain's range roughly from the CO with 34bb stack is most pairs we'll say 55+, (possibly tighter, but since he has position, this seems reasonable), AJs+, AQo+ and maybe a small percentage of SC's. We are only ahead of a small portion of villain's range and a lot of his range has us either flipping to 12 to 15 out maybe more. some chance we are drawing almost dead and again we have nearly ZERO FE to his range. About the only thing we are in really good shape against is overs without a spade. Is villain ballsy enough to bet 1/3 of his stack in a raised pot on this dangerous of a flop with 2 hearts?

If he never folds, then CRAI is probably bad since we would need 43% equity vs his range.
