Default Why are Titan so slow?

Cant withdraw from Titan to Neteller as i deposited from Credit Card. So i withdrew some from Party, which took 4hrs, then deposited into Titan. Now im trying to withdraw from Titan and its pending for 48hrs. If party can cash out in 4 hrs, why does it take Titan 48???

Because they don't know how important you are?

Actually, 48 hrs is pretty common in the industry. If it's too long for you, it really limits where you can play. So plan ahead a little.

same reason dell can make a computer in 2 days, but some small ghetto computer company would need more time.

Online support...

Roxanne: Hi
Pokerped: Hi
Roxanne: This is online support. Welcome to Titan Poker. How may i help you?
Pokerped: Can i have my money please? Why does it take 48hrs to process when Party takes 2mins, pacific and pokerroom also?
Roxanne: withdrawl is based on the method you use.
Pokerped: Err, neteller in all cases
Roxanne: Yes neteller takes 2-3 days for withdrawl
Pokerped: why?
Pokerped: what are you doing for 2-3 days???
Roxanne: your transaction is being processed within that period
Pokerped: why cant you just process it now? "Can Pokerped have his money" "Does he have $200 in his account?" "Yes" "Approved" Easy!!!
Roxanne: I do apologiza sir but that the processing time
Pokerped: It's "apologise" and "thats"
Pokerped: Deposits take seconds but withdrawls take days. I see. You're a great help.

Seriously, withdrawls to cards take 2 days but to neteller is normally instantaneous. Im only moving into the lesser sites now as i have seen fat bonuses on offer - its not that i need the money straight away, im just wondering what they are doing with it in the interim. It's like cheques that take 4 working days to clear in the age of internet banking...

Pacific was one of the slowest cashout ever for me. Not sure if they changed recently but it took a lot longer than 2 days. Most smaller sites take longer.

I think its "checks".

And its really a simple reason why they do this.

Joe wins some money playing poker and decides to cash it all out. Then tomorrow, he decides he wants to play more poker, so he reverses his cash out. Titan now collects more rake.

Its just a way to keep a small amount more money on their site.

I actually didn't laugh much because I thought he was a huge dick for no reason....

If you're going to correct her spelling and typing (more than likely they were mistypes...) you might want to at least be correct. It would be that's...not thats....

Sigh.
