Betfair does, no U.S. players. Paypal settled a suit with the NY AG to pay a fine in the amount of the revenue earned from online gambling transactions ahortly after Ebay took them over. If you are American you will be SOL trying to use Paypal.

They accept Canadian players, I am not sure if Paypal can be used. From looking at their site it might just be for Australia, UK and Ireland. Wont hurt to try.
