I would probably define my hand on the turn with a raise. As played I would check behind the river. He either has a missed draw or a monster, so there is no value in betting.
If you raise the turn and he calls, check behind the river as well (if possible).

He could have flopped a set, and is checking river to let you bluff missed draws, rep something worse than a K so you'd vb with it (your hand is pretty well polarized to a K or a draw), and then he's shoving over your river bet for value obv.

Only odd thing is turn bet sizing, which seems small for a set, but he could have been trying to induce, or he may just bet kind of funky.

As played obv fold, and I like a check behind on river as well. I think I'd raise the turn here for sure. You've got a good hand and he could be drawing to hearts or have 67 etc. If he shoves your turn raise or calls and then leads river we have an easy fold.
