Default roulette

is there a formula that casinos use to determine the reserve it needs for certain games?, based on min/ max bets. im opening up a small casino/cardroom and wondering how i work out the float i need to cover losses in games such as European roulette , black jack and 3 card poker. any help would be greatly appreciated? i have a decent idea for bj but no idea for roulette .thanks

You might want to look at a site like:

which is (apparently) frequented by people who are in the business.

Another good thing to look at would be the Kelly criteron Risk of Ruin calculations. You can figure out an acceptable risk of ruin (i.e. risk of bank bust) and then calculate the appropriate limit or bankroll for your table.
