For legal reasons they "aren't meant to act as banks" and for their own reasons they obv want you to give them the action. If you wire it to the Bellagio, though, the Bellagio chips play in other games around Vegas, or there is usually someone in the game who doesn't mind buying them.

I dont see any reason why the cash wouldnt be allowed. I usually drive to Vegas so I dont know, but I have no difficulty bringing like 20k, and I withdraw whatever else I need from the bank there.
