I don't normally read blogs. But if onlinepro did one I think I would check it out occasionally.

As for the accusation that nobody posts anything helpful around here: I feel I have posted some helpful information by pointing out where you are wrong and some of the flaws in the calculations as well as what I believe to be an attempt at outright deception.

Whereas I actually showed how much was realistically possible by playing many tons of hours of 1/2 limit. OP just made up a number like $20k/mth without anything to back it up.

One thing that everyone seems to be ignoring is that almost 100% of the time, there aren't 8-12 tables running.

Right now (Sunday afternoon), there are only 4 tables of 1/2 Ring (full ring) going. I have to assume that a weekend afternoon would be a normally high traffic time period. So, when is the OP playing all these tables?

Edit: In the time that it took to type the above post, it has dropped to only 1 table. Curious.

Um, what are you talking about.

Fixed limit, right now, I see at least 20 tables of Full Ring running.

are you looking at only tables with open seats or somethinG?

2nd Edit: I'm borderline retarded and didn't notice the nice little "hide full tables" button. Carry on, folks, carry on...

I actually tend to find some value in OnlinePro's posts-after they are challenged for false premises and unsound conclusions. If you can read between the lines and endure some logical incorrectness, you might extract SOME value.

I think the idea of a blog would be fantastic. Although he invariably overreaches and makes wild claims, there usually is some potentially useful material. It's like tarnished silver or blemished gold needing some polish or a fresh plating. You could take OnlinePro's excessive zeal, hypomania, narcissism, and overconfidence and use it as the initial grab.

Microbob would constitute the excellent hands-on editor, surgically removing the blight and blemishes, and occasionally popping the unsightly whitehead. He could inject some common sense and much-needed reason; shrinking the pimple to a managable size. Everybody looks at a pimple but nobody wants to get slimed by the oozing pus.

could someone please come over to my house, get on my computer and demonstrate to me how its possible to play 8 tables instead of 2-3 like i sometimes do without making a huge [censored] of errs which would keep u from being a winning player? i would think it would fold u constantly before u get a chance to act, plus ud have no time to observe the action and see what the other players are doing. anyone experienced with this and wants to show me how its done find sevencard2003 on aim yahoo or msn.
