How did i do on this hand?

I fold to the reraise preflop without a read, KQ is way behind a typical reraising range - AA, KK, QQ, AK etc. If you don't want to get it all in against a shortstack when you flop top pair then don't call the reraise.

I agree with folding KQ against the normal reraiser in a 6 max game. If you notice that people are three-betting lightly then you can start calling them a little lighter. As played you have an easy call on the turn, infact I would just shove the flop.
As far as I know, the 0.05BB game on stars is with 200 BB buy in right?

You can't fold the turn here. Don't call the reraise preflop if you're not going to get it in on this board against a short stack.
