I think calling and checkraising good rivers is probably better than 3-betting. JMO though, could be wrong.

In a lot of pots i'm probably as, if not more passive than you, but in this spot in particular i'll 3-bet vs. this guy if all i have is all OP has put up, which is pretty common. There's nothing wrong with calling down, and as i say to my students "if you're in a spot where it's reraise or call and you don't know what to do - call for now"

but plz. TPTK is a monster. IMO, if TPTK is not a monster for you, you're not in enough pots.

For once I disagree with you danza. And pretty much for the reasons others have stated.

I do wanna add tho. If he is on like a diamond draw or a gut and is prepared to fire the river UI, then 3-betting doesnt do you any good against that range.

Quoting that people have a draw is usually not an argument for raising IMO

it's fine, the more i think about it, the more i think i'm 3-betting here like 1/3, but i've dug myself in soooo deep here haha. i have to stick to my guns.

And its not like I think its horrible. I can think of a few guys in my game that seems to be winning against which 3-balling is standard
